Noelle Paclawskyj

Noelle Paclawskyj is our Transaction Associate. She has over 22 years’ experience in real estate in various capacities. Her early career was helping real estate franchise owners implement the brand into their business which in turn lead to both their success as well as their agents. Later, she worked for a real estate attorney as the office manager. For 7 years, she kept hundreds of real estate transactions moving from attorney review through closing utilizing her excellent organizational skills. Her primary responsibility at The Menard Group is to help the other team members manage paperwork, marketing and compliance. This frees up the rest of the team so they are free to stay focused on you, our client! Her attention to detail and accuracy ensures every transaction is a success!

In her spare time, Noelle volunteers for several organizations. She does administrative work for Eleventh Hour Rescue, a no-kill shelter located in Flanders, Roxbury and the Rockaway Mall. September is ovarian cancer awareness month, she ties teal ribbons throughout Morristown. In the Winter, Noelle coordinates the collection and distribution of needed items for the homeless. She calls them Blessing Bags and they are distributed to several local homeless organizations. Noelle says, “If a person or animal needs help, I just help them. I have so much to be thankful for, it’s important to give back in whatever way you can.”
