Born and raised in Mountain Lakes, Mary has been a Morris County Realtor® since 1999 and is one of Mountain Lakes’ unofficial ambassadors. As a lifelong resident of Mountain Lakes, Mary is deeply passionate about serving her community and is proud to have built a phenomenal real estate team held in such high regard within the area. Prior to becoming a Realtor®, Mary graduated from the University of California–Davis with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations. For the past 25 years, Mary has built an illustrious real estate career. Through hard work and dedication, she and her husband Tom, a local builder, have created The Menard Group, a comprehensive real estate team dedicated to serving their clients’ needs.
Dedicated to providing her clients with exemplary, five-star service, Mary has built a thriving real estate career, where the majority of her business comes from referrals and repeat clients. In addition, she has won numerous industry accolades over the years and has achieved the highly coveted platinum level NJAR designation since 2013, which requires $20 million dollars of sales annually. She also has over 70 5-star reviews on Zillow and counting. Mary and her team specialize in working with buyers and sellers in Mountain Lakes, Boonton Township, Boonton, and the surrounding area.
Beyond running her thriving real estate team, Mary is a local advocate, volunteering for the committee chairperson of her district and sponsors many local organizations, including The Town Club of Mountain Lakes and Mountain Lakes Friends of the Arts. She is also a member of the Mountain Lakes Professional Women's Group and the Mountain Lakes League of Women’s Voters. She currently resides in Mountain Lakes with Tom is and the proud mother of two kids, Donovan and Rowan, who are currently in college. In her spare time, you can find Mary playing tennis, going to OrangeTheory Fitness, practicing yoga, and walking her dog. Mary loves helping her clients find their place in the world through Real Estate!
